Manufacturing Specialist
Join our team of innovators, scientists and entrepreneurs. Become a PHIOneer.
The Manufacturing Specialist works hands-on directly in the manufacturing and quality assurance of our hardware systems, assembling, building, testing, and inspecting devices that enable researchers worldwide to analyze tumor cells and explore new treatments. PHIO develops highly precise opto-mechatronic laboratory instruments that enable AI-based imaging cell analysis directly inside incubators, featuring a large field of view, non-invasive measurement techniques, and tight integration of hardware, optics, and software. With precision, strong technical understanding, and a high standard of quality, this role ensures that our systems operate reliably, reproducibly, and stably in our customers’ laboratories. Beyond operational tasks, the Manufacturing Specialist contributes ideas to continuously improve production and quality processes, helping to transition our technology step by step into scalable series production and actively shaping the technical foundation for PHIO’s growth.
